I have decided to join ISSEA swimming and have officially made it into the team. Over the last week I have been training rigorously with my friend Saaj to achieve a level of strength and fitness that I can use for ISSEA swimming that will be on the 25th February in Mozambique. I have been running as well as swimming with an intense purpose over the last week. I am waking up at 5 everyday and reaching to school by 6:30 which gives me a good 45 minutes to swim or run. My training program is consisted of multiple techniques to work out my arms and legs. I am hoping that I can reach a good time before I leave to Mozambique.
Today's swimming session was tiring however I felt that I managed to do well enough to pull through. I have noticed that when ever I swim on a Wednesday I get tired faster due to my religious activities that I play earlier. So I have to try and change my timings. Today my total was 3.2 KM, with a few sprint sets and more long distance. I still need to work on my kicking.
