My gym routine has been the same, I have been constantly going to the gym to see an improvement on fitness. I can proudly say that I can now easily run 2 km in 10 minutes. I have been working overall in a decent manner. I still however am finding it very difficult to manage my time and make sure that I can get to everything. Which is why I have put the gym as my last priority, this makes me miss the gym sometimes. Although gym is not important in relation to my education and religion, I would love for me to find a way to manage my time so that I can constantly go to the gym. Sometimes when I miss my session I loose the whole motivation to start again, this really affects me in a negative manner and I need to find a way to be constant with my gym routine. The goal I have set for my self in the coming month is to work on biceps and chest properly so that I can start to tone my muscle. (12Kg Dumbells)
